The most efficient way for such a plant to run is 24 x 7.
Using some rule of thumb and what little data supplied. 1,6 Mt product and 21 months production. The plant feed rate would be between 200 t/h and 250 t/h.
However, nobody but them know the parameters used to size the plant.
