Assuming the majority of shareholders had been holding for over 12 months and receive the 50% CGT discount, along with some OS investors or different structures not paying tax at all or at lower amounts.
The average effective tax rate would be 22.5% approx. which would mean $7b in tax equates to a $31b Aus buyout or $193 per share based on 160m SOI -
I would be very happy with $193 a share. Lol
