@sunrise05 - The simple answer is that AVZ were only ever responsible for any/all costs up until and including the DFS.

Now obviously Dathomir who previously owned 15% of Manono would have been responsible for 15% of the total post DFS/Mining costs ( not sure of their financial position ) however they have agreed to sell their ownership back to AVZ to avoid those inherent costs moving forward

just my thoughts, but I would encourage DYOR as I may be missing something ;-)
