Here's another definition of bacteria v human cells. Definately quite a few references I saw specify "no cell wall". Seems bacteria are single cells with an outer wall but human cells are much more complex with an outer membrane.

all very interesting as for me it sheds a different light on how the anti biotic works on bacteria but not human cells. I had been concerned that when used in humans it might somehow damage the cell outer but seems the human cells have different membrane so not affected. This and the fact current anti biotics also break open bacteria suggests to me we shouldn't see any surprising toxicity at least not any worse than other anti biotics.
