Agree , they have created HX and are the best people to see it flourish, imo they are probably not the best people to negotiate with the giants in taking this further, I hope I’m wrong , What stuns me is Dale Alcock on board and his name was not mentioned , has he even released a statement ? As far as Share grab goes don’t forget who the major shareholders are. Imo the Pivac’s are unethical in the way they treat their shareholders, that’s just my view only. They don’t keep shareholders in the loop , they write announcements in a way that are not clear to keep everyone speculating , the share grab was done in an appalling way . Their salary package is ridiculously high for a company that has no revenue ! Peak of Covid they sacked their staff and kept on paying themselves those exorbitant salaries! 8 of my other companies I hold froze their salaries some have revenue and others don’t, what does that tell you about the BOD in FBR ? I don’t denie their achievements Mark is a brilliant man , what I don’t like is the way all the shareholders have been treated including their staff ! Sacks them and then they up their salaries!! Absolute BS imo . Regular updates how hard is it ? It’s like ok I’ve got millions now , lay low till we need to raise again and then we’ll dangle the carrot ! People including myself are sick of this tact . I really believe in this product and give full praise to Mark for his incredible achievement , but just have no confidence in management, I still have a large holding that I would hate to loose but can afford to loose and still firmly believe it’s a worth while risk just have to wait and see if I’ve made the right decision .
