I actually did a valuation on my own, tore up the numbers and crunched it, taking into account future earnings (easy as defence contract is very predictable)
I think the main thing is that QHL has such a tiny market cap, compared to the PPE it has, and that is where the value can be unlocked, when the ROE increases with other new contracts increased production figures.
