The defendant as many others have done made the mistake of claiming something they could not prove that is that CSW is not satoshi. What they should of done is what COPA has done and said we will comply with your request when you prove that you are satoshi. Its an important difference in law .Satoshi has been so succesful at becoming anonymous that it is difficult to prove that CSW is not Satoshi. This case was undefended there is considerable evidence out there that he is not that the court has not seen. I do not believe that CSW can prove that he is satoshi
