The majority of PLY's revenue does not come from government grants. You continue to suggest that PLY is relying on government grants otherwise it will fail? This is a growth story. PLY's overall strategy is to grow revenues and profit, read the prospectus. What relevance does your comment on the government grants actually have? Yes they made a profit and government grants contributed partly to revenue but so what? The government grants dont underpin the business and growth potential. PLY will continue with or without the government grants
Secondly, you have continued to suggest that they have done nothing since listing. The prospectus details PLY's growth strategy and objectives. Why do you continue to make comments that PLY has done nothing since listing? how do you support this comment? lol if you are expecting more market updates that is different do them doing nothing.
Thirdly, you continue to go on about PLY's board selling down? Again, read the prospectus. The founders did a pre IPO sell down to seed investors. An IPO sell down is so common where the founders taking a company public hold such a high portion of shares. Just go and google and find some examples. Airtasker and BlueBet Holdings are a few recent ones that come to mind.
The shares the founders sold to the seed investors are escrowed for 24 months and all the shares still held by the founders are also escrowed for 24 months. As the prospectus notes the founders still hold around 65% of the company. Why do you continue to suggest the board is trying to do a runner and cash out? lol
