Technical Update, page-15

As you know my focus is on the technicals and price action, simply because it reflects what is going on fundamentally behind the scenes. No upward price movement has been the case for months, meaning nothing has been going on behind the scenes to excite. Yet price action is starting to show subtle hints of seller exhaustion and buyer interest. It's slow (so what's new - this is OEL after all), yet it's there. As such it wouldn't surprise me to see 1c finally taken out again very soon - potentially even this week. If it can build momentum from there then we should slowly start to grind higher. From a technical perspective, momentum is everything as this is where trends begin and then hopefully sustain. For now, price is still stagnant, yet a heartbeat is evident which is the only reason why I'm posting a heads up E .
