Bet was trading at $1.50 when the Tabcorp proposal was announced and our shareprice tanked. Since that time we have finalized the Sportstech acquisition, acquired Form Cruncher and Swapstakes. The insecurity surrounding the original deal suppressed our shareprice after the other acquisitions were announced. Now that the TAH deal is off you would expect a rerate to at least $1.50. I think the takeover offer from the minnow BET surprised Tabcorp, and they are taking notice now by adopting the BET platform, both here and overseas. Maybe it was all part of the plan?
