They just IPOed in Jan and raised 30ish million then. So they are good for this phase 1 and should have the phase 2 covered.
They are hoping for drug approval after the phase 2. So touch and go wether a CR will be required. A broker report earlier this year suggested a CR would be required, but they were looking at a phase 3 trial being required. Which wont be required hopefully.
Last 4C shows money in the bank end of last quarter. Next 4C due end of month.
