May be a particular party has said if the next resource upgrade is a particular figure of 'x' million tonnesthen they will pay at least a $1-50 a share to UMC holders....but the directors might have a resource figure quite a bit larger in their heads...so that's why the at least $1-50 was mentioned.
Something must be going on behind the scenes and by the way he spoke it doesn't sound as if it's too far away.
That's my guess on it...anyone with a better idea.
I do know if that little uranium find of THX's starts looking a lot bigger in the next few weeks I would like to think they would like to spend a lot more money on drilling before the end of this season...hence they might like quite a few more mill to drill with.
