Thanks for the break down and your analysis, i'm currently going through some things with this company and it is taking longer than i have expected.

Appreciate your input, (it means alot) take care.

Your comment about this company needing money, i have found some information which relates to this by a former director and his dealings.

For the company doing a cap raise, at this stage with what i have found i would say thats a probability, but the funds might be borrowed from Fenixs cash warchest as this speeds up the process (i dont think Fenix would want to wait there fore would loan SCN the funds via an agreement.
