How long? The proverbial indeterminate piece of string.
I would imagine that ASIC would be trawling through documents looking to determine what certain office holders within ASB knew or communicated to each other at the relevant times. So, you would think that board minutes, emails and other documents would be gathered and recorded. These would lead to questions and the answers to those could lead to further questions. Then there would be discussions and negotiations about various documents etc etc. It might not be quick. This would have begun already some time ago- in one form or another.
It would be nice though if ASB were to regale us with details of progress of their new shed and facilities for building steel ships in Alabama.
