Maybe because a couple of them are the biggest shareholders ?
In the ASX Small Caps director's shares are generally considered to be "worthless". They can't be sold without crashing the company or attracting negative attention. In fact most directors will let them go to zero rather than sell. The real money is made from fees and salaries.
It's really a shame for them that that a few years ago they failed to listen to some on here who have been highly successful in sales in the USA .
ROTFL. EDE hired some of the very best sales people in the concrete industry. They got nowhere because the product is expensive and impractical.
