Given the large number of retail investors that hold MGT, it is likely that many were holding out for some quick gains once the PFS dropped. However, after the initial spike in price, the falling share price no doubt spooked some people who panicked and sold out, causing it to drop further.
Once people fully digest the contents of the PFS, the share price should react accordingly. I'm expecting a nice positive jump higher tomorrow. But for those holding out till production and beyond, these little ups and downs mean nothing.
