You could say that about almost any company that has results and remains undervalued.
For example bought into a lithium company years ago that had great results building to one of the largest deposits in aus with very little share price growth while other lithium companies rocketed.
Fast forward last 12 months with basically zero change in the deposit size, share price has grown 7x.
It's still early days here, positive signs but nothing is for certain.
Certainly can't discount the results due to the perceived lack of insto buying.
