when will stuart and sheppard sell ?

Here is an interesting question. When will Neil Stuart and Mark Sheppard sell their BWN shares ?

Our 2 independent directors recommend acceptance of Bhushan's offer. They don't think any alternative better offer is likely.

So logic suggests they would sell their own shares right away - take their money - about $250,000 for Neil and about half that for Mark - and at least get a percent or two per annum for it in the bank rather than let it stay in BWN and earn them nothing for the next month - and if they do we can expect an announcement to the market within 5 days of the transaction .

However, you both might find the following views, expressed in March this year, of Robert Pyper who has been involved in valuing BWN's exploration tenements, of interest.

"On an entirely different note, many directors of mining companies do not understand the reliability of grass root tenement valuations. In this case, I have used the value of the agreement over EPC1045 to justify the calculations. While other valuers might have come up with a similar value, there are major variations that could be justified. Valuing grass roots tenements that have no resources came about from accounting pressures in the 1970s to put a length to a piece of string, but they cannot be relied upon as gospel truth."

Perhaps Bhushan needs to re-think its offer too !
