I'll be adding more as money is freed up and I have a decent free carried position already.

Those valuations haven't really taken into account any REAL UPSIDE from any other clusters in the extra land NWC has been pegging in the area.

I cannot state enough, at how much the high grades here have absolutely derisked the downside on this play.

Risk management is what it's all about in the market if you want to be around longer term.

Anyone who downramps here is either looking to buy cheaper or just plain stoopid. No ifs or buts.
