Hi rewind, you are spot on. wugin, PBG paid million of dollars for the brands, which are intangibles and you want to calculate value based on NTAs, you must have rocks in your heads. Only company going bust will be valed at NTAs or even less. Going concerns are more often based on earning capacity.
