I take it you never studied statistics at school. That makes as much sense as saying more people die in China than in Kirribilli. Over 99% of births are in hospitals including most high risk ones so it is hardly surprising more people die in hospital than at home.
S8 - the trouble with using statistics on only "low risk" women is that tragically you only find out they were high risk after they have died at home.
