While I have no great insight into the matter, I watched a previous CEO on less than 50% of WP's salary almost run this company into the ground. So a lesser salary isn't the answer in my view. WP took over a sinking (if not sunk) ship had to come back from that. He appears to have done well so far. We do not pay WP for today's MC, we pay him to hopefully increase it in the years to come. So far so good is my vote
