When you read it that way, it does sound a bit ambiguous about whether they are investing $10 billion, or their plan is to facilitate and ensure others invest up to $10 billion for mining purposes. I guess time will tell.
Also I believe CAP is part of the Braemar region, however their Hawsons project is situated across the border in NSW, not SA. Hence, why MGT's exclusivity agreement with NextOre covers "all iron ore applications in the Braemar region, including New South Wales."
