Yep, looking at Norway with its goal of only EV’s being available in the new car market does provide a mud map for other countries wishing to achieve this milestone.
A country of 5 million people with approximately 150,000 vehicle sales a year already has 2/3rds of that 150k number being EV’s should highlight the pros and cons to all, shouldn’t it?
Other countries just need to subsidise/incentivise the uptake?
It is a pity that the EV makers cannot keep up with demand to supply the numbers of vehicles wanted by this huge country because it could of been closer to 75% of all vehicles sold instead of 2/3rds.
If they could get those low income people to stop whinging about a 2 tiered system that excludes them from the benefits, that would help those other countries as well.
