People seem to think automation is a good thing. I don't think so. People need to be working constructively to remain healthy. Look at the western world in the last 50 years. Are we getting healthier or smarter in general. I don't think so. Big companies will make more money but it will be at the cost of the general population. Automation means less jobs for people.
Universal income sounds like communism to me and it never ends well. Why would anyone want to better themselves. Anyone saying universal income is good is no doubt very young and brainwashed.
