    i see 3 key benefits of this financing model.

    1. 2.75% a lot cheaper than bank debt,

    2. it avoids a future banking sh revolt to eliminate all loans to coal industry (highly probably) ANZ already stated no future loans to be made.

    3. established an on market financing option for future fund raising for the whole industry

    all good imo
