Red agree with you there, not a practical example but highlighting the fact than PRR is able to pay SpringTree by cash obtained from a placement at a higher share price in the future and therefore minimising dilution from this particular deal. A straight out placement of $25.5M (which maybe is what is required as part of the current FDA approval process?)at the current shareprice would have meant massive dilution. This is why I believe the share price has held up well and not discounting the fact that this deal will raise awareness of Prima in the US financial market. Another point is why did Eugene Tablis CEO and Head of Investment Banking with KTA Capital decide to get involved with Prima by starting the "SpringTree Special Opportunities Fund" just recently. If KTA Capital was unable to source a financial backer for Prima like they did for Vmoto said sorry can't help but instead Eugene Tablis wanted a piece of this pie because of the potiental.IMO
