    I think Tullow should be looking to merge or its success will invite a takeover offer that may not be refused. Heritage is getting into bed with General Energy - a Turkish group. Tullow have been extraordinarily successful and I think the majors must be eyeing their west African leases and probably China vould become interested in Uganda.
