He has still never disclosed how he obtained all those share in BEM.
This while existing LIT shareholder where given no allocation in the new demerged company BEM, but he happened to appear on the top 20 shareholders at IPO.
I was a LT shareholder at this time, and this was one of the final straw that helped me choose to get out of LIT.
