Without only focussing on the positive of recent announcements i have a number a questions that i cant answer.

Why did CNE not take up their entitlement and allow their holding to become diluted. They may not have sold a share (yet) but that does not scream of a holder that plans to see this through for 6 or so years into production. Their holding is very substantial and should they start to sell on market or into positive announcements this would cripple the share price for a long time. Even if LCK secures finance for 70% of the project it still leaves them needing to find just shy of a billion dollars to get this producing urea. The current market cap of 130mill makes this a very daunting task. Needing to raise like that will see CNE’s holding diluted to oblivion if they are not going to throw CONSIDERABLE money into this.
