page 68 "The pre announcement of the proposal market value of a Croesus share lies in the range of approximately 0.80 cents to 2.0 cents, although arguably the real value is less than 1 cent and probably nearer the 0.41 cent mark."
page 70 "on the basis of those market prices, the acquisitiopn of the Creasy assets and the Apex assets would be considered not fair. However....."
