IMO I would prefer us to hold onto all of our projects. However, it will all depend on the share price moving forward, sentiment such as gold price outlook, and whether we can exercise options, and create further funds, etc. Shareholders will not want the company to keep raising cash at such low levels and diluting holdings. A reward for long-term holders is not diluted holdings, it's advancing the company and seeing value in our shares.

If the lack of action in the share price continues then eventually management will be forced into selling a project or enter a JV to free some cash to focus on completing more work. However, I believe our fortunes will turn in the coming months and further announcements and lab results will create a re-rate in TSC. If we can form a new base 1-2c in the coming months or 3-4x our current value then that is a prime price to add more capital and I am sure holders will welcome a capital raise as long as we have made progress and added value in the SP.

Eventually, we want work to be exploring non-stop with constant updates and continual progress to inform the market. Unfortunately, that requires a lot of capital and lots of drilling programs. Once this occurs you will then see less complaining and impatience from holders here, and more will be likely to jump in and invest knowing important news ahead is not far away.

I also believe there will be some big announcements regarding Dimer in the coming months. This is a big cash flow source that does not require too much work to get going due to the existing pit and knowledge of the existing mine. If we could enter an agreement with an existing producer or an agreement to use their washplant I think we can get some gold out in the short-medium term, especially from sources close to surface. If this is the case then cash to advance other projects really won't be a problem.

Overall we are significantly oversold, once the gold price stabilises again around 1900-2000 we should get more interest. More news from management and faster timelines will also add to confidence in the company.

Big buy from me at these levels imo.

I have to agree with all that you are saying, and great work by the way.
Using another companies wash plant is a great idea, or look to have a small company or family based company come and process the Mt dimmer pit for about 70% to 80% of the gold with them covering all cost through a lease agreement.
I originally invested in this company for the other minerals like Cobalt, so good to see something is finally going to happen with the other mineral leases.
I have never sold any shares in this company, so its been a multi year hold for me.
A big surprise by the market could be coming over the next year.
