not sure I fully agree with op. This is a fairly Boolean operation in terms of mineralisation being present or not. ( if its not then options will not be converted as share price will tank ala CPN)
If it is then share prices goes up and they will need to raise to make phils hill swiss cheese.
Why would a company want $7.9 million in options at 10 cents when if the price is at 50 cents they could raise more at less dilution?
