They now hold 35% around there so $7.40 condition is meet, I doubt they accept any more shares above 35% else they have to tap their investors for more money.

I don't think they have trouble taping institution for money, last raising they offer bugger all discount at $23 and they all line up to give them $500m, but I would prefer they slow down and start bedding down their strategy and growing earning first before they target the next business
