I don't think many people realize the complexities of how any discussions might play out

Discussions could range from exactly what suite of IP might be under consideration & and sale of ...or Licensing of ..or what ever .....

IMU have X 3 very exciting potential IP bundles ( with possible multi billion valuations ) - and .... with many permutations and combinations of how that might work .

We as as shareholders are just spectators .... armchair experts in the main ( no offence to anyone who really understands the nuts and bolts of the field

They have time on their side ( and qualified people ) to assess options

From the potential buyer / Partner / Licensee etc etc perspective it not such a simple choice either - as it will depend so much on where they are positioned ...or headed in the space ...and what other boats they may be rowing.

Meanwhile the HC threads keeps growing ....with a lot of good comment and a lot more self ingratiating drivel
