I've been reading a new book on Jeff Bezos, and it spends a lot of time on the way in which Alexa was the game-changer for Amazon. It talks specifically about Appen and how they were the workhorse and brains behind the best voice capture technology in the world. This business is unbelievable, and if the music is starting to end on voice translation, I have no doubt that they have the brains to pivot into other expanding AI technology areas and to continue their market leading status.
I may be wrong, but this business has an amazing track-record.
