Gday all,

Nice mate, got NASA t-shirt a while ago with my S.E.T.I shirt which brings me to my next question for all.
Don't think this have ever been discussed on here before so i am interested in some of your views .
I was involved in the S.E.T.I program for a while and am now part of the TESS program in the search
for exoplanets using the transit method.
Does anyone think that with Akida and future AI that this process could be made easier than searching 1000's & 1000's of pics from the Tess telescope (and others and soon to be James Webb telescope) and also all the radio signals which fly around the galaxy from who knows where.
S.E.T.I has been suspended for now but hopefully something like this tech will bring it back bigger and better than ever.
If Akida can recognise and filter certain signals and pics both of these processes surely can be made 1000 times easier and to be honest
this gets me much more excited than if my fridge can tell me if i need apples, although that would be great too.
Ps.
No degree's or anything here just a bloke that loves the galaxy and everything about it and am 1000% positive that ET is out there so it's just a matter of finding them.
There's an estimated 1 trillion species on this planet alone so what's out there, the mind boggles .
