after the horrible experience of BUD a few years back when they signed a host of world leading 1st tier brand 3rd party referral for kickback deals to almost zero commercial net benefit - Id say remain optimistic but watch closely for deliverables

doesnt have to be big cash immediately - but proof of meraningful dealflow within 6-9 months will be my marker

this should be a more naturally integrated space - so chance of success should be higher

but global companies usually have a lot of such deals - and even big fee splits often fail to motivate when they have head office politics and all the other malarkey driving their day to day
