From what you have provided, it looks like Lithium Corp are a two bit (almost) bankrupt tin-pot operation, and so it would probably not say too much about Altura to also be associated with them.
To say that it is a risky investment would seem to be an understatement.
And what is the reputation of the people running these companies, that they can't even raise enough capital for a cup of coffee (by the looks of it).
If your research is correct, then there would appear to perhaps be some rocky ground for Altura to navigate in the immediate future.
I've contacted the directors and let them know of some good projects for sale, but they replied that they are only interested in Lithium, which is understandable I suppose, except that IMHO it may be better, even in the short term, to look at the bigger resources picture .... but alas.
So let's just see what they come up with.
Good on them though, for keeping the thing going, and having a crack, we can't criticize them for that.
