Doesnt look like insider buying yet, simply a nice technical breakout compounded by those wanting in on the play come decision time.
Not sure if she'll have the legs for 14.5c/15c yet, Im guessing 12.5c/13c short term top then another consolidation period pending decision. But of course one TH will blow all of this guessing out of the water.
