1/That this act needs to be repealed.

2/That retrospective legislation needs to be invoked in regards to the actions of ceo's and directors in not showing due diligence and under the trade practices act,unconscionable(re-the Act by definition)

3/Colluding,private favouritism influencing for personal benefit and market distortion,in that to make a sound investment decision you need access to all information,
