It's clearly a biased article against ANS and Ding's achievement. I also doubt it's African Time relaxed attitude for a lack of progress from the Congo side since the envoy returned to Brazzaville almost 6 weeks ago. More likely waiting for proper processes to green lit the conclusion of the multilateral agreement. Now that iron ore price is again at an eye watering $220+, China must be desperate to wrap it all up notwithstanding the politicial risks already mentioned. Go ANS !

It's clear to me that the Congo side need say nothing, not until the billions in financing becomes clear. Everything points to the 'Giant Offtake'. Sundance certainly won't be providing those billions, and I firmly believe only the Chinese have the motivation and the means. The permission to mine has clearly been gift wrapped for the Chinese. Now we wait.
