Im not sure if this would be correct:
I assume as part of the licensing deal the tech goes back to Penn Uni if ptx is taken over, so as to avoid a big pharma getting their hands solely on omni-car.
Unfortunately, any take over of PTX would be (generally) out of the control of PTX so to say the licensing goes back to UPenn i think would be incorrect. There is every possibility that PTX would be brought out because of their work with OmniCar with UPenn would be aware of....
