    wanted to ask you something.

with zippay basically being a line credit with minimum monthly payments that repayments can be extended over a long period provided users are willing to pay monthly fees, what metrics will be a sign that users have piled on the debt and now not paying of their balance but rather staying in a cc like debt trap as such?

i thought a combo of lower ttv and higher margin may do it, but would need a steady customer increase rate to measure. (which these two metrics could also be seen as cost reductions (until margin gets above % of account fees plus merchants fees)
also average spend per customer may help but not sure anz market is mature enough to measure yet. (if it drops will revenue stays the same would be a solid indication of this?)
any thoughts on how to see if users a floating these balances?
