"Yet price action is starting to show subtle hints of seller exhaustion and buyer interest. It's slow (so what's new - this is OEL after all), yet it's there. As such it wouldn't surprise me to see 1c finally taken out again very soon - potentially even this week. If it can build momentum from there then we should slowly start to grind higher."
