the closer I watch this and the movements in the price throughout the day I think you may be correct.
this stock should be well into the $30 range now as IOP has sustained above $200 for quite a while now. But FMG fails to even close near its previous highs.
like you said it most likely is the debts the company is carrying and memories of what almost befell them around 2012 due to debts.
maybe it would be good for FMG to not payout 80 odd % of earnings in dividends but put the bulk towards paying this debt off. heck even eliminate it all.
