The Options are nonrenounceble so my understanding is they will not be listed or traded. You have 2 options
1) take them up and then convert them in to shares, paying the 12c at some point in the next 18 months. 2) Dont take them up and then cunninghams under writes those ones.
Personally i am taking them up so i can trade the shares in the short term, while still having a long term position in the options.
