With the NSW COVID lockdown being extended, and the high scrutiny of the vaccine rollout, I think the "early election" pendulum has swung back hard towards a NO. The latest commentary suggests satisfactory vaccination levels won't be achieved until November, a target they probably won't hit, so that is too fine a line for a late 2021 election.
On that basis, I believe this opens the door for KP to hand down his decision, hopefully "soon". JMO. DYOR.
