You are quite correct, but I have seen it before where companies really know the cash T/O bid on market has very little chance of full success. However, they might consider 20% of CVN at 40cents + a real bargain. I know I would. Not suggesting that its going to happen but there has to be somebody running the numbers over the massive cash flow from Dorado in the not too distant future, dont you think?
