Hi DB,
Often wondered about that myself. The original agreement was for 12 months with an option to extend for another 12 months. The amendment last October stated that BRN had fulfilled its obligation to LDA and gives the revised figures for funding and our obligation but there is no mention of extension or dates. Depending of how you read it, it could be this August or next.
May need a lawyer to decipher it.
